All vehicles displaying a "6 MONTHS WARRANTY LOGO" come with our Silver Plus Customer Protect Nationwide Warranty. There are exclusions and the policy includes: certain parts & labour cover up to £1,000 per claim - unlimited mileage and amount of claims inc: Turbo - ABS - A/C. All vehicles NOT displaying a "6 MONTHS WARRANTY LOGO" come with our in house 3 months or 3000 miles Engine and Gearbox Warranty, this only includes the working internal parts of the "Engine and Gearbox" and excludes any external systems or auxiliary devices. You can however cover the cost of certain items by purchasing a 6 or 12 month Silver Plus Customer Protect Nationwide Warranty. See paragraph above. Quote by request.

Consumable ‘wear-and-tear’ items are not covered such as: Catalytic Converters, Exhaust Systems, DPF Filters, EGR Valves, Clutch (Unless Failure i.e Breakage), Glow Plugs, Injectors, Ignition Coil Pack, Battery, Tyres, Brake Pads/Discs, Bulbs, Bushes and Gaiters etc.

When buying a used car you must consider “wear and tear” and minor faults. You can measure this against the price of your car when it was sold brand new. A used car is a part worn device. It is not as good as new - this is why it is vastly cheaper. If something is worth 30% of its new cost then logic suggests it is 70% worn out, 70% inferior to a new example and 70% of the parts at the end of their life. We ask our customers to be reasonable with their expectations. If something goes wrong with your car and it is outside of the warranty term, it may still be worth getting in touch as we have specialist repairers who support us. If you are unsure regarding any aspect of your purchase please do not hesitate to ask us. We are here to help and look forward to meeting you.

Terms and Conditions

If you encounter problems with your car you must contact us or return it to us straight away. You can not carry out repairs beforehand and send us the invoice. If you contract a third party to return the car to us you will be liable for the cost. We do not supply courtesy cars under any circumstances.
